- We only use qualified professionals whose qualifications and experience are verified before we

How long does it take for the counsellor to reply?
- A counsellor is obligated to answer a user within 24 hours all weekdays. Although it can take a few
hours between the messages, our counsellors strive to reply as soon as they can. GoMentor 24/7 is
not an instant live chat. Our counsellors spend time and thoroughness with each message to
provide you with the best possible response addressing your needs. A user will receive a
notification by email when the counsellor has sent a message.
